Daniel Savior
Ozoemena.

security-aware PM in training

Also known as itz.sCipher and Cipher PR. I sit at the intersection of project management, code, PR, and security — building real software, running a PR technology company, testing production fintech at Fintava Pay, and organizing student communities across LASU. I'm also a firm believer in AI for good, and I build with it accordingly.

// about

Builder. PR operator.
Civic organizer.

I'm a 300-level Project Management Technology student at Lagos State University (LASU), based in Ikeja. I operate where most people keep four disciplines separate — project management, web development, public relations, and cybersecurity — because I think the next generation of PMs and founders in Nigeria need to understand the systems they're managing, not just the people and timelines.

I'm the founder of Cipher PR, Nigeria's first PR-technology company, and I'm currently on my SIWES/IT placement as a QA Intern at Fintava Pay, testing their FinStore shopping app in a live production environment.

On campus, I'm one of the more visible faces of PR at LASU — Co-Chairman of the 27th MASSA-LASU (Management Sciences Students' Association) PR Committee, and PR partner for events like OJUDE LASU and Mr and Miss LASU. It's the training ground for what Cipher PR is building toward citywide.

Right now that means actively expanding LASU Connect, catching bugs at Fintava Pay by day, and pushing CipherStream's frontend into Flutter alongside my core Node.js/React stack.

// three names, one builder

Daniel, Cipher PR, itz.sCipher — not the same thing.

People who follow one usually don't realize there are three. Here's the actual difference.

The person

Daniel Savior Ozoemena

The name on the CV, the student ID, and the IT placement at Fintava Pay. This is the engineering and project-management side — the one accountable for what actually ships and holds up under QA.

The company

Cipher PR

The business entity. Client-facing, service-oriented: web development, digital PR, and brand strategy for businesses across Lagos. This is what clients hire, not a personal brand.

The persona

itz.sCipher

The public, social-facing identity — the voice on X, Instagram, TikTok. Personality-forward, community-facing, distinct from Cipher PR's client work and from Daniel's formal engineering record.

CIPHER
PR

Nigeria's first PR technology company — where communications strategy meets actual engineering. Client work spans web development, digital PR management, and brand strategy for businesses across Lagos.

What's shaping how I build.

01

QA rigor, carried home

Testing FinStore at Fintava Pay daily is changing how I test my own products before shipping them — LASU Connect and CipherStream both get held to a higher bar now.

02

Security-first fintech curiosity

Hands-on work integrating OPay and Monnify checkout flows surfaced real security gaps in African fintech infrastructure — now feeding a genuine interest in responsible-disclosure bug bounty work.

03

Expanding past the web stack

Core strength is Node.js/Express and React, but I'm actively rebuilding CipherStream's frontend in Flutter — early days, still learning to catch my own mistakes in it.
